Return and Refund Policy
I.
Returns
Any product purchased
by the customer can be exchanged/returned within following timelines:

Within seven (7) days from the date of door step
delivery to the customer (including date of delivery).

Ultra-perishable
and/or fresh food items like dairy products (e.g. butter, curd, cheese, paneer etc.) can only
be returned within 24 Hrs of purchase or at the time of delivery, as the case
maybe.
Exception: Due
to the nature of our business, several types of goods are exempt from being
returned/exchanged. All frozen products such as McCain items, non-vegetarian
items, ice cream, meat products and fresh items like fruits, vegetables and milk
etc., need to be thoroughly checked
at the time of delivery. Once such item has been delivered/accepted by the customer
it shall not be eligible for return and shall be treated as accepted by the customer.
Conditions to Returns and
exchange
A request for return or exchange shall be
accepted only if the conditions mentioned below have been fulfilled:

The
return/exchange request has been accompanied by the original invoice of
purchase;
·
The
products/items are in the original packing and in the same condition as they
were at the time of purchase i.e. all inner and outer packing must be intact
and should not be damaged. The products/items must in absolute saleable
condition;
·
Product/item
must be unused and not altered;
·
The
seal should not be broken;
·
Product/item
to be returned/exchanged must be accompanied with a valid warranty card (if
applicable);
·
Promotional
products must be returned/exchanged along with the Freebies (if applicable);
·
In
case of electronics, the product should not have been installed and or wall
mounted;
·
In
case of LEDs and electronics such as refrigerators, microwaves, washing
machine, ear phones, headphones, etc.,
the product can be replaced until the product is not registered i.e. the product
serial no. should not be registered with the brand at the time of raising such
request. Once the product is registered, the product warranty gets auto
applicable, hence, such product can only be ‘repaired’ but not replaced/exchanged.
The products shall be replaced and/or refunded only when the respective brand
service center approves such product for replacement. In case of defective LED
bulbs, the customer shall have to produce purchase invoice at the refund desk
or customer service desk.
II.
Refunds
·
The
refunds will be initiated for items/goods/products which in the sole discretion
of LOTS are fit for resale and are eligible for return. The request shall be
approved subject to inspection and confirmation from LOTS.
·
In
case of cash payment, if the request for refund is approved, a credit note will
be issued with a validity of 180 days from the date of issue of such credit
note. After expiry of the 180 days’ period, the customer cannot claim the value
of the credit note.
·
No
cash refunds will be made after delivery of goods/products.
·
In
case of prepaid orders, after the request for refund is approved by LOTS, the
payment will be credited back to the same account through which the payment was
made. It may take up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to reflect
in the account from which the payment was made, due to the bank’s internal
process.
III.
Self-Pickup
· If the customer has
opted for self-pickup, the self-pickup needs to be completed within three (3)
days of placing the request/order (including the date of order).
· In case the
self-pick up order is not picked within three (3) days, the same will be
cancelled by LOTS at its sole discretion.
IV.
Cash
on Delivery
·
The
total order/invoice value for cash on delivery (COD) order(s) should be less
than INR 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lacs only). LOTS shall not be held responsible
for cancelling the orders which exceed such limit as mandated by law.
V.
Other
Conditions
·
Accepted
mode for collection of payment is: cash, vouchers, debit and credit cards.
·
Not
acceptable mode of collection of payment: demand drafts, cheques, foreign
currency.
·
Cash
on delivery is subject to availability of stocks. In case the stock is not
available, our representative will inform you on your registered contact number
and the order will not be processed/cancelled.
VI.
Effective Date: The policy as approved by
the Managing Director shall be effective from 1st October 2021.
VII.
Customer Support and
grievance redressal: Customer may file a complaint with the Customer
Service Desk in the complaint form in case of any concern. If you have any

LOTS shall not be held liable either directly
or indirectly for Manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee, as the same is covered by
the after-sale service offered by the manufacturer of the item/product. LOTS
will not be directly or indirectly liable for products covered under the
manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee.
In the event of any disputes, the same shall
be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi only.
LOTS reserves the right to alter or modify
any of the terms and conditions of this policy without assigning any reason or
providing intimation whatsoever. LOTS decision on the above would be final and
the customer shall abide by the same unconditionally.
Disclaimer: LOT’s values your time and takes
customer confirmation twice before attempting delivery of the order i.e. once
before picking the order and second before dispatching the order. If still
customer rejects/refuses the delivery, then the order will be cancelled.
