Delivery, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery of Products

LOTS will deliver the Products only at the address provided by you at the time of registration with LOTS. The Products will be delivered till the ground floor of the registered address premises, or to the point where access to the vehicle is possible.

Shipping is possible only for certain pin-codes, lying within the delivery zones defined by LOTS Wholesale.

You will verify the ordered/billed Products against the order delivered, in case of any damage or discrepancy in order, you will bring the same to the notice of the delivery personnel and take acknowledgement for such discrepancy or damage from the delivery personnel.

Subject to inspection, the refund amount against the accepted discrepancy or damaged Product shall be refunded to you.

Post shipment of the order, if it is observed that LOTS is unable to deliver your order due to wrong or incomplete address provided, LOTS has the right to cancel the order. You will be refunded the order amount, excluding the shipping charges and/or any other cost incurred by LOTS in this regard.


A request for return shall be accepted only if the norms mentioned below have been fulfilled:

  • It is accompanied by the original invoice
  • The goods are in the original packing
  • It is in saleable condition
  • It is accompanied with a valid warranty card (if applicable)
  • It is returned within 07 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Promotional Products are carried along with the Freebies (wherever applicable)
  • Electronics Refund Guideline:
    • In case of LEDs , Refrigerators, Microwaves ,Washing machine, product can be replaced until the product is not registered i.e. product serial no is not registered with the brand. Once the product is registered, product warranty gets auto applicable hence it can only be repaired but not replaced.
    • Only those products can be replaced and refunded for which the respective brand service centre approves the product for replacement.
    • In case of defective LED Bulbs, customer shall show purchase invoice at refund desk or customer service desk.
  • Product which are sensitive to hygiene and health are non-refundable / non-returnable
    • Fresh food items like fruits, vegetables, meat & poultry, fish, dairy etc.
    • Earphones & headphones: Electronic products with warranty activated or seal broken Headphones & Bluetooth headsets.
    • Home appliances, Small Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Audio & Visual-Electronic products: With warranty activated or seal broken.
    • All Electrical and Kitchen Appliances: Once used
    • Air Conditioner, Air cooler, TV: Once installed/wall mounted
    • Other Products: Clearance products, Free gifts, Personal care products
    • Apparel items like socks, undergarments and handkerchiefs

You can return the product instantly at the time of delivery to our delivery partners or by visiting the nearest LOTS store within 7 days of delivery with the original invoice issued at the time of delivery. LOTS may at its sole discretion accept or reject the items for return/exchange.


The refunds will only be done for products which are fit for resale and are eligible for return.

Subject to inspection and confirmation from LOTS, the refund payment will be initiated within 2 (two) working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, National holidays and Bank holidays) from the date of such request, provided the payment was made through Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking or PayTM. The payment will be credited back to the same account through which the payment is made.

It may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account due to bank’s internal process. This is beyond our control but rest assured your money is safe in the banking system and will be safely credited
